Signiel Busan’s in-room dining service is a premium room service concept designed to let guests enjoy restaurant-quality cuisine in the comfort of an ocean-view room overlooking Haeundae. The menu varies by time of day, offering a wide selection of Korean and Western dishes from breakfast through late night. Highlights include vegetarian options and select items connected to Chaoran, the hotel’s Michelin-recognized restaurant, all available for delivery to your room.
Operating hours are typically divided into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night service. During breakfast hours, guests can conveniently order signature morning dishes such as an American breakfast or abalone porridge. Lunch and dinner menus expand to include items like beef burgers, lobster rolls, pasta, pizza, and bibimbap, along with desserts, coffee and tea, juices, and alcoholic beverages—making it possible to enjoy a near–fine-dining experience without leaving the room.
The in-room dining menu reflects Signiel Busan’s overall F&B philosophy, which was developed with consultation from Michelin three-star chef Bruno Menard. The goal is to deliver cuisine comparable in quality to the hotel’s restaurants, presented directly in the guestroom. Meals are delivered on a trolley, thoughtfully arranged with side dishes, garnishes, and even fresh fruit, making this service especially well suited for quiet in-room dining during a staycation or a private meal on a special occasion.
In-room dining service at Signiel Busan Hotel: Menu & Prices
As with most luxury hotels, the in-room dining menu at Signiel Busan changes seasonally, and prices typically increase two to three times a year. For this reason, I strongly recommend checking the latest menu and pricing directly on the hotel’s official website before placing an order. By clicking the link above, you’ll be taken straight to the in-room dining menu page on the official Signiel Busan site.
In-room dining service at Signiel Busan Hotel: Real Customer Reviews
When I visit Busan, I usually stay for about a week, and almost every time I choose Signiel Busan. For longer stays like this, daily housekeeping is essential, so I make a point of heading out around noon to 1 p.m. for lunch outside the hotel. Dinner, however, is a different story—unless I have a special plan, I almost always dine within the hotel. Being able to enjoy high-quality cuisine comfortably inside the building is a major advantage.
That said, no matter how good a five-star hotel’s dining is, eating the same dishes every day can eventually feel repetitive. There are also days when going out feels like too much effort. That’s when in-room dining becomes an excellent alternative. The in-room dining menu at Signiel Busan is genuinely impressive, reflecting the hotel’s overall F&B concept developed with consulting from Michelin three-star chef Bruno Menard. As a result, you can enjoy restaurant-level quality without leaving your room.
In-room dining truly shines when you’re staying as a couple. Sharing a private meal while taking in the nighttime ocean views of Haeundae from your room creates an especially romantic atmosphere. Everything feels relaxed and intimate, with no need to follow a schedule or step outside. For that reason, in-room dining is one of my favorite experiences to enjoy with my girlfriend at Signiel Busan.

Today, I’m sharing two real examples to illustrate my experience with Signiel Busan’s in-room dining service. The first case is an in-room dining dinner enjoyed in a Premier Double Ocean View room at Signiel Busan.
The dishes shown in the photos include Button Mushroom Cream Soup (KRW 21,000), Seafood Spaghetti (KRW 40,000), Grilled Tenderloin with Seasonal Vegetables and Cacao Vinegar Sauce (KRW 66,000), and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rosé NV (KRW 210,000). The total for these four items came to KRW 337,000, including tax and service charge.
This meal was shared by two adults. Without ordering alcohol, the cost would have been around KRW 63,500 per person—an excellent value for a truly memorable dinner in a luxury hotel setting.

The second in-room dining experience I’d like to share took place in a Signiel Premier Mipo Harbor View room at Signiel Busan. The dishes ordered, as shown in the photos, were Bolognese Fettuccine (KRW 40,000), Seafood Spaghetti (KRW 40,000), and Grilled Ribeye with Seasonal Vegetables and Truffle Beef Jus (KRW 65,000).
The total for these three items came to KRW 145,000, including tax and service charge. The meal was shared by two adults, and the wine was brought from Seoul. As a result, the cost worked out to approximately KRW 72,500 per person—another excellent example of a refined and satisfying in-room dining dinner at Signiel Busan.
To order in-room dining at Signiel Busan, simply pick up the in-room phone and dial 0 to connect with the concierge or front desk. You can place your order directly and specify any dietary preferences or preparation requests. Be sure to inform them in advance if you have food allergies, require vegetarian or religious-specific dishes. For pasta, you can select both the type of noodles and the sauce, so it’s best to discuss your preferences with the staff. Steaks can also be customized to your desired level of doneness.
Once ordered, cooking begins immediately, and delivery to your room usually takes 40–60 minutes. On weekends and public holidays, demand is higher, so waiting times can exceed an hour—placing your order ahead of time is recommended. Make sure your DND (Do Not Disturb) sign is off when the meal is expected. If DND is on, staff will not ring the bell or knock unless there’s an emergency; they will call your room instead. Since the longer the staff waits outside, the more your food cools down, it’s best to be ready in advance.
When the staff rings the bell, open the door fully. They will bring the room service trolley into the room and position it in the optimal spot for dining. The trolley features a foldable top that converts into a dining table, often called a “room service dining table” or “folding room service table,” and banquet chairs are provided to match the number of diners, allowing you to sit comfortably as if you were in a restaurant.
In-room dining includes complimentary bread and butter for all guests—don’t miss Signiel Busan’s delicious bread. Condiments such as salt, pepper, and pickles are also provided, and whole-grain mustard is included with steak orders.
After the table and food are set, the staff will present the order for your signature. Payment is charged to your room, so you can settle everything at checkout. Korea’s transparent system includes service charges in the VAT, so tipping is not necessary—simply smiling and saying “Gam-sa-hap-ni-da!” is enough.
Signiel Busan’s in-room dining allows you to enjoy high-quality cuisine from the comfort of your ocean-view room, ideally by the balcony window. Play your favorite music, take in the nighttime ocean view of Haeundae Beach, and savor an intimate meal with your loved one. This is a dining experience that can only be fully appreciated in person, which is why I highly recommend trying Signiel Busan’s in-room dining for an unforgettable evening.

Attentive service, foldable dining tables, and thoughtfully presented dishes make this a true highlight of any staycation.
💡 Pro Tip: Place your order in advance and be ready for delivery at the expected time, especially on weekends or holidays. Customize pasta and steak preferences, enjoy complimentary bread and condiments, and position yourself by the balcony for maximum ocean-view enjoyment. For the full luxury effect, play your favorite music and savor the evening with your loved one—this is the ultimate in-room dining experience at Signiel Busan.
